We wanted to let our loyal customers know that we are standing in solidarity with them in the current Covid-19 crisis. We are still open for business, but ensuring that the needs of our NHS and healthcare customers are met first, promptly, professionally, and of course in adherence to current government guidelines to stem the spread of this disease.
Our staff are working from home where possible, and whilst manufacturing and fitting, maintaining safe distances and making sure they wash their hands regularly.
When we are attending site to work, customers will receive a phonecall prior to the visit to ensure that there are no cases of Covid-19, or anyone in isolation in the area our staff are to be working. They will confirm this again on arrival before any work commences, and staff are provided with relevant PPE and hand sanitisation to use as and when needed.
